This church facility in East Troy faced a failing parking infrastructure with severe drainage issues and sub-base instability. The original surface had exceeded its lifespan, leading to standing water and safety concerns for the congregation. This project required more than a simple overlay; it demanded a complete parking lot reconstruction, starting from the ground up to ensure the site could handle high-volume traffic during weekly services.

Our team executed a full-scale commercial asphalt reconstruction. The critical phase of this project was the site grading and excavation. We completely reworked the pitch of the property to ensure proper water runoff, protecting the church foundation and preventing icy patches in the winter.
